Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup sago
- 300 ml milk
- 1 tbsp sugar/1 tablet of artificial sugar
- 1-2 eliachi seeds
- 1-2 kesar strands
Method:
- Wash and soak sago in water for 15 minutes.
- Soak kesar in little water for 10 minutes.
- In a vessel, boil all the other ingredients till sabudana becomes translucent.
- Add the saffron with the water.
- Serve hot.
