Ingredients:
- 30g moong dal
- ½ green chilli
- Small piece of ginger
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- ¼ tsp fruit salts
- ¼ tsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 10g low-fat paneer
Method:
- Soak moong dal overnight, strain it and grind it with green chilli, ginger and garlic into a smooth paste.
- Add fruit salts and salt to the mixture.
- Grease a steel plate with oil and pour the batter and steam it for 10-15 minutes in a steamer.
- Spread the grated paneer on it and serve.
